Each project is quoted on its own, with a fixed scope, price and delivery date. Suits agencies that sell development now and then.
Monthly retainer

A set amount of development time each month, reserved for your agency. Retainer work gets priority turnaround, and it covers whatever comes up, from small fixes to new builds. How much capacity, and what happens to unused time, is agreed in writing before it starts.

One point of contact
One person at the agency who can answer questions and approve work. Your client talks to you, and you talk to us.
Feedback within two days
Reviews arrive on a preview link. A week of silence on a milestone moves the delivery date by a week — there is no slack built in to absorb it.
Client content and access early
Copy, brand assets and logins for anything the build connects to. Placeholder content that never gets replaced is the most common reason launches slip.

Your client, once the project is paid for. The repository, accounts and documentation are handed over through you, and nothing depends on us to keep running.
A clear brief gets a fixed quote within 48 hours. The delivery date is in the quote and depends on the size of the job. On a retainer, your work goes ahead of new project work.
We bill your agency, never your client. You pay the fixed price on the schedule in the quote, and charge your client whatever you like. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments.
It happens. Small changes inside the agreed scope just get done. Anything bigger gets a written change quote showing the cost and the effect on the delivery date, and nothing extra is billed until you approve it.
